A simple working relationship

Your business stays your business.

I handle the supplier coordination. You stay in charge of your suppliers, purchases and money.

From job list to supplier follow-up

Less back-and-forth.
A clear process.

Written instructions and approvals give everyone a clear record of what is needed, what is authorised and what happens next.

Only active work uses your hours.

Time spent making calls, preparing comparisons or chasing a return counts. Waiting for a quotation, delivery, reply or credit does not.

01

Send the requirement

Share the job or material list in writing, along with the job reference, quantities, required dates and delivery details. Once onboarded, requests can be sent by email or WhatsApp.

02

I gather the options

I obtain appropriate quotations and availability. For substantial or multi-line jobs, I approach real supplier contacts for project pricing.

03

You choose and approve

I present the options neutrally. You decide the supplier and give the appropriate written authority. Cheapest is not automatically treated as best.

04

I coordinate the order

I arrange the authorised order, phased call-offs and deliveries, then chase supplier updates where needed.

05

You pay the supplier directly

All supplier payments stay between you and the supplier. Any refund or credit goes directly to you or your supplier account.

06

I keep the admin moving

I follow up on requested deliveries, returns and credits, and record the active SBS time used against your monthly allowance.

01

Authority agreed at onboarding

Purchasing with a clear paper trail.

Routine orders

With agreed standing authority and a valid client job, order or reference number, I can place routine orders up to £500. Larger purchases are not split into smaller orders to avoid approval.

Project purchases

Substantial orders use approval for the specific quotation. You confirm in writing, and I can arrange call-offs and phased deliveries against that approved quote. New quotations need new approval.

Authorised contacts

You can name the staff who may request work within agreed limits. Unfamiliar addresses or unusual requests are paused and checked with you before proceeding.

Straightforward communication

Support you can plan around.

A subscription provides a monthly allowance of work, rather than guaranteed 9–5 or same-hour availability. Requests can be sent at any time; I work flexibly and communicate planned holidays in advance.

You receive usage updates around 50% and 75% of your allowance. Small calls, emails and messages are recorded and accumulated fairly; a two-minute email is not automatically billed as half an hour.

If you change a requirement after work has begun, the extra administration uses further time. If a tender is lost or a job is cancelled, time already spent on it still counts.
