Know where you stand

Extra hours without surprises.

Planned extra capacity: £20/hour

Authorise extra capacity before your allowance runs out. Only the additional time actually used is charged.

Unplanned overage: £30/hour

If you use your full allowance and need further work without authorising extra capacity first, the additional work is charged at £30/hour. This is an hourly rate, not a £30 minimum for a small action.

December: £100 for 5 hours

December automatically reduces to £100 for five included hours, reflecting the trade and supplier shutdown. Your normal package resumes in January.

One month off each year

You can take one full calendar-month pause per 12 months. There is no subscription payment and no service during that pause.

New-client introductory offer

Up to £500 of returns.
Administration free in month one.

This return administration is on top of your normal subscription hours. The £500 limit is the original invoiced value of the goods submitted for return.

  • Provide an invoice, job, order or supplier reference so the goods can be traced.
  • Supplier acceptance, restocking deductions and return terms still apply; a refund is not guaranteed.
  • SBS arranges and chases the administration. Goods stay with you, and any credit or refund comes directly to you.
  • The offer normally applies in your first month. Any extension needs to be agreed in advance.
